together today and Leonard is a dear
friend of mine and today I invited him
here with the intention of having a chat
around his book because it just released
a beautiful book called jump and he’s a
memoir of his last five years journey
into this season the new season of your
life so the book is about I think four
years journey around the world five your
honor about five years old yeah and yeah
Anna speak about his how he transformed
and expand expanded his life from being
involved in corporate and business and
financial world so now being imbibed
into the spiritual and sexual
exploration and self-development and the
enjoyment of being living in a body I
guess you really embody now the
fascinating wonderment to be living in a
body and there is a lot of erotic wisdom
that come to your book that’s why I
think you’re a very appropriate guest on
this show yes amazing is you write for
five years around the world 35 countries
yeah just really living the the magic of
the universe and you’re open to and
receptive to do the magic that’s all
around us that we don’t always see so
really open and expand it and
it sounded know when I did the book that
was your introduction to erotic wisdom
to the wise way to live in the world
according to the wisdom of the body
instead of just following the mind that
tricks and trigger and avoids and is
terrified to be discovered and uncovered
and and the body longing for true
connection and with with humans with
self but also with reality at large with
nature and the invisible realm it’s
really it’s been really beautiful
reading your book actually because yeah
it’s it’s very vulnerable you know one
thing I mean of your book is highly
erotic Boerner borderline hot
pornography which is like really catchy
because I remember a lady gave me the
book and I collect the book your book
and other friend pass it on to me and
she told me you make sure you bypass the
first few chapter because it’s quite
intense but then it gets better the
first three four track they were really
really hot what do you really gets
better he can’t get better than this
started in a really good way you know I
honor you it was very courageous because
of course you really exposed yourself
and and I think coming from a
conservative background and and work and
yeah there is everybody’s gonna read
your book you work college your kids
your friend your friend that maybe I had
no clue about your life and you really
open yourself was very real made it
really really real no thanks that I mean
for me it was now I just when I wrote
this book you know memoir I thought if I
were gonna write a memoir I’m not a
saint you can open you know what why
bother and I think that first part and
it’s this you know especially the first
20s only about 25 30 pages of the 260
pages or so about that five five years
in Cape Town before I left in the crazy
wild Thomson coal town but you know it
was so important to be a saint again to
be real about that because lighter in
the book and I write about a lot of
other stuff and a lot of you know
learnings and awakenings and awarenesses
and stuff you know I’m to be thinking
about that you know without being a
saint ik about the stuff before and I
it’s not really that’s not really fully
authentic so I really I felt it was
important to put it out there you know
and it’s I often say you know there’s so
much written and spoken about women’s
sexuality but very they’re all about
main sexuality and mains vulnerability
and and you know the the you know the
and I spoke to someone actually the same
first of all that at the learning plan
had this discussion in a group at some
point and I said spoke to some people
and I actually something I said in
someone asked the question and we talked
about the vulnerability of the author of
the lingam of the [ __ ] of the penis you
know and some of the women were really
surprised that you know that a man can
be actually I’m actually quite
vulnerable now who I penetrate because
I’m you know that the vulnerability of
you of your [ __ ] you know so really is
and and that’s the beauty of this
journey so it started very much you know
dropping into my emotions and my feeling
you know so I was very much in my
masculine before and in this journey of
the five years you know dropping into my
emotions and dropping to the feminine
you know feminine parts of become a
practice to enter life not escape it
it’s exactly really
that’s exactly and they know that’s you
know further my book I talk so much
about that you know like making love to
a woman is like you know with open heart
is then you’re ready to get to know God
you know with God with the universe when
you do that you know Prague in an
enlightened a book when I you know
connected they were beautiful woman and
afterwards you know I was there for two
three months living in Prague and
afterwards we’ve got walked out next to
the river of tool-making laughs for like
two three hours made beautiful life
making and Farokh I was high you know as
high is higher than any track I’ve taken
before you know just walking down a trip
lost like a listening to the next night
like super high and that is just from
making love without anything but what
happened with me what and one of the you
know initiations six day workshops I
probably called initiation than a
workshop to 96 day in residential in
initiations that we went through quite a
number of them the first one I did in
Hawaii was way we did the the sacred
spot massage in the first the journey
massage you know woman and then the
woman that it on the main and yeah and
so the woman that I chose you know it’s
like a nature selection you don’t even
know you’re gonna get and that’s
vulnerable you know so yeah I am I’ve
never had any apart from a prostate
check with the doctor any kind of an
open attraction before and you know I’m
lying on my back was my legs open and
this you know women in front of me doing
them sort and then at a point she asked
me the question are you ready are you
ready can I penetrate you now and I
can’t tell you about it you know what
I’m mince download I had that the moment
she asked me that question I really got
it but not from
mind went of view but from a full
embodiment point an experiential point
of view I really got it what it is to be
a woman and the vulnerability of a woman
lying on her back and being penetrated
because yeah I was in the same situation
you know my legs open I was [ __ ]
nervous it’s beautiful
tiny woman no that was doing them
assaulting me and and when she asked
that question had so much gratitude in
my heart for her it immediately relaxed
me you know and then you know she
proceeded with her with it with the
sacred spots mile sacred spot massage
which is the prostate gland and when I
was lying then the music was playing and
I just dropped into such into the into
into such compassion kind of almost kind
of getting emotional just thinking about
it now I dropped into such compassion
for womanhood
you know I actually felt you know the
hurt and you know the damage over the
thousands of years that has been caused
to women you know to me and also but but
for that and that point of view I felt I
felt the inner my inner kind of woman
would it wasn’t a mind thing I could
have loved good I could feel almost the
woman inside me and I could connect with
the consciousness of womanhood and you
remember this is now the guy and at the
beginning of that training we knew you
know we had one of the emotional release
exercises you know also like kind of
started connecting with emotions and but
you know but prior to that the last time
I cried was I think was a primary school
you know it wasn’t really a car going
around crying all our dinner so it was a
beautiful experience stepping into that
and the way to do it to not just into
the Muslim body but also to tap into the
into the inner feminine and I’m a really
firm believer as also says you know you
know what you know in your mind when you
read in books that that’s all cool but
it’s just borrowed only the stuff you
really really experience that’s yours
I wanted to get you to talk a little bit
about the book end because I’ve also
thought was quite beautiful
I would end with the death of your
father so again there is this journey
through masculinity that’s how I see it
in the in the book and and the way you
see it with image sort and perhaps do
you think you were able to be so present
within because you explore your
sexuality as a man in those here
previous to his dying very close to his
dying and then there was a presence in
your body and a lack of hair to be able
to be tender with another man know for
sure I mean if that happened to now he
states happened to know let’s say prior
to this five years ago I would have
handled it totally different I mean I’ve
got no doubt about it I had the question
the other day and I would have been very
you know sad it would be difficult to
handle it and and me and my dad luckily
had a great relationship and my mom was
I will I’m very placed at on but then
you know when this death happened after
this far seven year on this journey was
just so different you know I mean I
actually saying the other day and and I
wasn’t there when he died I wasn’t said
I don’t get sad when people die anymore
I mean there’s a tenderness and but it’s
not the sadness of that I had lost and
all of that I mean he was seven uniting
at the beautiful life him and I had a
beautiful you know we had a great
relationship we had we had good Tom’s
you know you know good bad good times
bad times but we had a beautiful
beautiful Tom’s together and this
physical reality and when you left this
reality it was just you just moving to
another form now since no loss really
and I felt the next day and especially
and I still feel him you actually feel
him in the room now and I and I felt the
next day and I went up the coast the way
I was finishing the book and I could
feel him around me and that’s when I
wrote actually that chapter it was like
a week
a few weeks after after he died the
relative one of the last chapters and
second or third last chapter and I could
feel him around him and I was it’s at
sittin and it means body knowledge that
and why nothing has really changed he’s
still very yeah so he asked me you know
one day and the substances and I mean he
was really kind of on his lost lyrics
you know pockets in advance kind and but
still quite his mind still quite awake
and in one day he just asked me it was
just me and him in a room and he asked
me know you know on my journeys around
the world you know the last five years
around the world and all of that and I
obviously know what I was doing in a
spiritual awakening path and you asked
me so have you do you know a few hundred
we do we go when we leave this earth and
you know I could just know even the
answer
Johnson teeming basic just say to him
you know you know there’s nothing here
he has to do you know we and you know
he’s before before dying all the stuff
you were told about heaven and earth and
all of that that’s all [ __ ] and we
are perfect as we are as we are we come
to this world perfect as we as we are
and it’s perfect as he’s and that his
spirit won’t die and now that with my
spirit died and that our spirits will
always be together
yeah I’m very much open to to exploring
you know doing some been asked to do
some some workshops and I’ve done some
you know with couples and on the
sexuality space and and also open you
know people orders from a guiding
coaching magician kind of way people
transistor on transforming means
transformation happening to them similar
that has happened to me I wish I had
someone to speak to when this was
happening to me
for seven years
some very much open to that I’m very
much open vessel for now for the energy
of the universe to take me wherever you
know it’s for life to live me and yes
it’s on so to the first thoughts in
